    make sure your drivers are up to date especially your GPU get the drivers for your GPU from Nvidia not from asus website . i would recommend also reinstall overwatch it may help . allso does your PC blue screen? allso does it only crash when you alt tab ? allso can you play the game fine if you don't alt tab?

    https://ark.intel.com/products/97185/Intel-Core-i7-7700HQ-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz max turbo on your CPU is 3.80 GHz you should be able to disable turbo in bios but i don't think it will fix your issue but it is worth a try.

    Hi I would advise to change the HDD . But check the health CrystalDiskInfo using https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/crystaldiskinfo_portable. CrystalDiskInfo will tell you if the HDD is OK.
