  1. So first let me say that I'm not your know at all but I do know my computers and something has been bothering me. Asus and Intel's lga 1366 socket don't get a long. Now I'm not saying one is making their product incompatible with the other I'm saying the products them selves don't like each other. For instance my turns on fans spin but black screen asus r3e, bad mobo got it. How about my turns on, fans spin but black screen asus p6x58d-e which is lga1366 as well. Both stopped working for no reason not overblocked "bricking ur mobo by overclocking it to far and making it into a block." Why are all asus 1366 boards hell on earth to keep working. And also question i got a asus 1155 board that says "usb over current detected shutdown in 15 seconds" oh and this is while breadboarding with basic. So who knows why this is the way it is or am i the most unlucky guy in the world who cant have a decent computer to own.
  2. And I meant to say first pic top left capacitor I think I was half asleep n couldn't keep my eyes open n was with a inverted asleep brain
  3. Ya those are the chips 43t thanks what did u use to take the picture? And can u take pics of what's bad on ur board so I know.
  4. also would you b interested in getting rid of ur r3e board that is dead? and do you have any other x58 platform stuff ud sell or anything for lga1366 also looking for 2 gtx 470s or 480s my baby was a r3e with dual gtx470s and liquiid cooled throughout the system and now im fighting to keep it and get it running again
  5. thosen 2 chips first pic just to the left of the top right capacitor
  6. need some pics of lower left area near corner by the last pcie slot and the 3rd slot i got a small 3 solder point chip blown out it sits right next to the same kind but a little bit bigger chip. also do you still use ur r3e?
  7. Anyone here own a asus rog r3e mobo and is willing to snap some photos on some specific areas my mobo is no good power for cpu so on but no screen but I do board repair and I need to see the areas on the board where mine look off.
