I primarily play Player Unknowns Battlegrounds, Black Desert Online, Guild Wars 2, Overwatch, and other FPS/MMOs. I want a build that gets very high FPS in these types of games. I am also interested in it being at least somewhat power efficient (Black Desert Online is a game designed to run 24/7) and having the ability to be quiet if I want to turn the fans down. What are your opinions on the setup I am thinking of now? Budget is less than $3,200.

Revised build for now, anymore recommendations? In particular what do you all think about the BeQuiet fans vs Noctua?
I could also use case recommendations, I'd prefer smaller/mid tower cases with excellent airflow. Any interesting case ideas?
