I see!
The Asus Xonar range of pci-cards is a safe shot imo. Just find one that suits your needs. They exist in virtually all price ranges, so there will probably be some that will fulfil your needs

The most frustrating thing?
Easy: How difficult it is to get your hands on lossless music from popular artists (without actually buying the CD, or pirating).

You can access the data on both NASes via your application. The general idea of a personal cloud is to have such an experience without worrying where your data is stored and without paying monthly fees.   The potential problem with RAID0 is that it offers absolutely no redundancy at all and in case a drive fails, you would lose all data on that NAS. Even with a full backup on the other NAS, you would still have to erase the healthy drive, reconfigure the NAS, rebuild the RAID array and restore the data over the network which could take days to complete. You could also check the JBOD option on the EX2. The RAID0 speeds on it wouldn't match the network speed that you will be using to transfer data to it, so it would be pointless when it comes to work over the internet. JBOD gives you the full capacity of both drives and they work indpendantly (even if one of them fails, you have all your files on the second one).   If you are doing a continuous backup, data flows always when you make a change on the EX4 as it needs to be written/adjusted on the EX2.   The NAS shouldn't make much noise as it indeed spins the drive down after some time of inactivity. You can check this and other features here: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=1170     Captain_WD.

Hey there Hammer   That's a very ambitious plan. Could you explain why would you like to have two backup solutions at two different houses both synced with each other? Are you trying to make a good, redundant backup of your mobile devices, your computer, etc.?   It is possible to make a continuous backup of one NAS on another and the idea is great, if you can afford it.  In order to have a redundant 8TB storage our of 4x4TB drives, you would need to either build a RAID10 or RAID5. RAID1 would simply mirror all your drive and you will have 4TB of usable storage with three other copies of it. RAID10 enables you to use two of the drives in RAID0 while creating two other identical drives for redundancy and you can sustain up to two drive failures. RAID5 gives you roughly 12TB of usable storage and a good speed boost and gives you one drive failure tolerance. Here's a great simulator that can give you a nice idea of what working with WD My Cloud EX2 and EX4 looks like: http://wdnasdemo.com/   I would suggest using RAID10 on the My Cloud EX4 at your home for both redundancy and speed, using RAID1 in the My Cloud EX2 for a more redundant off-site backup and creating a continuous backup between the two NASes. I would eat up a huge part of your internet connection, but your data will be very safe.    Feel free to ask if you have any questions   Captain_WD.

Hello.
I recently finished my PC, and I'm now left with two questions about the motherboard.
1. How do you / Is it possible to install a new BIOS on a corrupted BIOS chip? I "broke" it when I was trying to disable the on board "HD audio", because click bios II crashed while saving...
2. My CPU phase LEDs ( http://tinyurl.com/MpowerLED ), the ones that tell you how much power the CPU is using. My LEDs are either all active or there are less then three active, which is really annoying because when they are changing rapidly it makes them flash a lot...
(Other components in the build: 3770k, H100i, 32gb Avexir Mpower edition ram, MSI GTX 680 Lightning, Corsair AX 760i, Samsung 840 PRO 256gb, Xonar dgx audio card)

Well, where do I start?
This is my first build ever, but I find it quite impressive nevertheless.
I have been quite, you might call it, "inspired" by Linus in the choices of components, and the four hours spent on cable management I blame on TinyTomLogan ;D
Well, let's get this started, before I bore you way to much by just jabbeling about...
Specs:
Cabinet: CM Storm Stryker (which I can't understand why Linus&co haven't unboxed/reviewed already)
MoBo: MSI Mpower z77
CPU: Intel i7 3770k
Cooling: H100i (with Noctua NF-F120PWM, inspired by Linus)
Thermal grease: Artic Cooling Silver 5
GPU: MSI GTX680 Lighting
Sound: ASUS xonar DGX
PSU: Corsair AX760i
RAM: Avexir Mpower 32gb cl10 1600mhz @1.5v w. breathing yellow LED.
SSD: Samsung 840 pro 256gb
HDDs: Seagate 2T and an old WD 500gb
Additional intake fan (bottom): Silverstone air penetrator (white lights)
Sleeved cables: Bitfenix sleeved cables (white/white) 24-pin, 2x 8-pin ATX, 6-pin ATX, 8-pin ESP & front panel audio
OS: Windows 8 64-bit

The 32gigs of ram seems kinda like overkill for many, but it is not that much of a difference in price between 16 and 32 gigs. And, at the same time, i have already maxed out using 24gig ram (when using Premiere + some other programs) so i guess it was well worth it.

I hate the look of the Noctua NF-F120, but luckily it is not visible when it is in the roof of the Stryker.

The breathing Avexir MPower ram is beautiful, as you can see in the quick little "trailer" at the bottom of this post

The Bitfenix Sleeved cables (white/white) makes for such a clean look inside the computer, but on the backside it is a whole other story... xD

The computer is named after the awesome song by NitGrid called "Hyphycide"
That's about it, hope you found it interesting. The short video down below shows the PC (obviously), and remember to notice the "breathing" Avexir Mpower RAM :D

Song; Oxygene by Jean Michel Jarre
And, Linus, if you read this (or Cooler Master for that sake): Why haven't you unboxed/reviewed the CM Storm Stryker? It is a beautiful case, it is big, well built and nicely designed :D
Cheers!
