He is fine, but seeing that helmet.. if he hadnt been wearing it he would be dead, there is no arguing that. i had to follow the truck home that was hauling the bike and it was the most eery feeling ive ever had. 

But.... motorcycle helmets can look so badass. He needs to add it to his daily wardrobe!

You shouldn't "need a reason" to wear a helmet, it should be common sense that if you fall off your bike there's a good chance your head will pop like a melon without one.

That doesn't make sense. You'd get a fine for using a GPS in that case. It's not easy to tell a phone and GPS apart when it's in a mount either. 
 
Unless it's specific to the UK, you shouldn't be fined. Here, as long as you're not actually using the phone, or holding it, then it's fine.

Elpida is an OEM ram manufacturer and supplier, they manufacture both the stick and the chips. The RAM is fine for general use, but see if you can find 1600mhz ram,  1333 is a a bit slow and 1600 is just right.

HALO, my dad got us an original xbox with halo a long long time ago. when he got lung cancer we took it to the cancer treatment place in zion Illinois and i remember taking my mind off everything with the councilor playing it on their big arse TV.

If you're half decent, there's actually a TON of jobs available for programmers. Most of it is probably not very interesting, but you shouldn't have too much trouble if you're competent.
 
If you're above average/exceptional at programming, then you'll have some amazing opportunities available.
