Hey I know that politics are banned here but does anyone know when Judge Kavanaugh will be approved or denied by Congress specifically if it will be before or after the mid term elections?

I'm just gonna sit back and watch how the media coverage goes just so I can laugh my ass off.

@savagepain trump put in his recommendation for a new supreme court judge Brett Kavanaugh however whether or not he is confirmed will be decided if the confirmation hearing is held before the mid terms because the democrats are likely to win the mid term election would deny him and try to get a more center right judge that is likely to support abortions rights. 1/2

I don't think Roe v. Wade would actually be overturned specifically. Chances are, there's going to be rulings that work around it rather than it being overturned entirely, and that's primarily because it would set a bad precedent.

If things go according to plan he will be confirmed by October.

He can’t be confirmed this month because Justice Kennedy hasn’t actually retired. He leaves office on the 31st.
