  1. now that you know more or less what you want, keep checking prices, you never know when you will find a great deal on what you want, or something even better
  2. the issue is with the mobo, not so much the processor on ryzen. also we are talking bang for the buck. 10-15% less capability but Superior utility and robustness. with adequate cooling your fx can exceed anything intel has and do it with style. remember extra cores means more background processes that dont effect your game, for example, playing counterstrike, takes 4 cores, windows now riding on a core, 1 core recording the game, one core recording you as you play and a core free. ok it does not work exactly like that but you get the idea. if I did the research i am sure I could show things like wider architecture somewhere, and how it effects performance at similer speeds with lesser architecture. but frankly it comes down to bang for the buck, quad core amd systems came out over 10 years ago and they are still in use today. the am2 sereies came out in may of 2006 and people are still buying them, and with a good gpu they have been playing current games. intel cannot boast the same. also amd overclocks better and more stable. in a perfect world ryzen came out last year or intel improved their multi-threading, but when fx processors are setting world records for benchmarks look at this link https://valid.x86.fr/records.html intel has one and it is not an i5 or i7 that was the final decider for me. I would rather driver a skyline that could be modded out and get a close second place, than a bugatti that is 10x the cost and only goes a little faster.
  3. amd fx processors actually more stable than i7 or i5, look at world records for overclocking, amd has it last I checked. they also seem to last longer and amd seems to come out with less sockets for processors. the only issue I have is with motherboards that are designed for new processors, both intel and amd always seem to have issues for the first year after they come out. doler per performance the fx series has intel beat hands down. and their prices are either falling, or not increasing anymore do too the new ryzen processors.
  4. in 2008 I was using one when I switched to a quad core, now I updated my system and will buy a octa-core when the prices comes down a little.
  5. Portuguese, so similar to the Spanish, but never say that to their face if you dont want your own re-arranged.
  6. yea I say someone is making money. almost sounds like spain or france to me.
  7. the only problem I have with my case is it is really tight in the back side, now if it was like the one you posted on the inside, but had the size and ventilatioon of mine, it would be perfect.
  8. are you aware of the tax as you order, or do they kinda spring it on you? something tells me there are influential people who are making alot of money by pocketing bribes, buying stuff and walking it through customs to sell at a cheaper price, but still making a handsome profit.
  9. a raijintek 280mm water cooler is customizable and german engineered, so hopefully you can save a dime, pence, bit, no a bit is 1/8th a bp, well anyways, I have one myself that I plan on drilling holes in the top of my case to allow the fittings to slide through with the rad mounted on the top and fans on the inside. I also plan on getting a 2x5.25 bay reservoir to go into 2 bays and that leaves 2 bays above it to round my tubing. I will put the single rad on the bottom for the GPUs from my 120 all in one, and where my bottom drive rack was I will put 2 pumps. but that is down the road lol. where I saved the bulk of my money on was a cheap processor to upgrade later, and a cheap vid card to do the same with. to me those are easily replaced and have a resell value.
  10. does that go for countries outside of eu only, or is it some crazy rate by the country and other confusing red tape.
  11. that is almost 20% often you will find people selling on ebay because they bought bulk, also amazon has a few tricks up their sleeve. I waited 3 weeks to get a processor from china direct because it was dirt cheap, I often found cheaper prices shipping from china but I paid more for faster shipping from the us.
  12. you have 170 left for VAT and shipping out of your budget
  13. baaaah paypal you can tell I am running on 23 hours no sleep lol
  14. sorry I meant paypay, I am unsure about ebay, but when I made purchases with paypal i did not pay more per eu than the exchange rate that day.
  15. if I were to exchange my dollars for eu, I would have to pa 1.06 each as well as the exchangers fees. I beleive ebay does it for free so you do not have to pay the exchange fee that most banks charge.
