According to thermodynamics silver ihs transfer heat better then the normal ihs linus should make a comparison video with silver vs copper ihs

    Silver will oxidise to silver oxide in air. Nickel plated copper is far more stable and offers essentially identical thermals. Considering there are other layers like solder/themal paste, the material of the IHS is not likely to make an impact on the thermals
