Hey Guys,I've planned on modding NFSMW and making NFSMW BMW edition,Now I've already modded 3 cars,1 has a issue.

The Cars I currently replaced:
 
BMW M3 GTR E46 with BMW M3 GTR E46 2012 Edition (the one with the problem)
Mercedes SL 500 with a plain M3 (which can be modified to be a BMW M3 GTR (Race) and BMW M3 GTR E46 (Street) )
Pontiac (whatever) with a BMW M3 GTR DTM edition
 
Now My point is to create a modded version of NFSMW with all BMW cars,in which even blacklists use BMW cars,Now my point is to replace the cars u Can buy in shop,without hacks
Thing is The BMW M3 GTR E46 2012 edition mod has a problem,the headlights and nitro lights dont work (effects when u use nos) (That car is way to fast,like 0-170 in 4 secs  but fine.)
I once had got them to work (by redownloading the file and installing it again) and it worked but for only one game session,rest all times it had the problem,I'm fine if the thing can't be fixed (probably gonna replace with BMW ///M3 or ///M4 or ///M5 if it doesn't work) Any fix? Because I really wanna get

Each phone has their pros and cons. The Pixel 4 boasts very close to stock Android, and gesture features, etc but at the same time has a very small capacity battery compared to 2020 standards and has a thick bezel. The Galaxy S10 has already been replaced by the Galaxy S20 series, which has a newer and faster chipset, etc. Also unless you urgently need a new phone, OnePlus is apparently going to launch the OnePlus 8 series next month. Also the OnePlus 7 Pro has already been replaced by the OnePlus 7T Pro which is going to be replaced by the OnePlus 8 series soon.
 
I would strongly suggest staying away from the regular Pixel 4 if your priority is battery life as it has a very small battery (2,850mAh) whereas most phones including budget phones have atleast 4000mAh, if not 5000mAh batteries.The Pixel 4XL does have a bigger 3,700mAh battery, however both phones have thick top bezels to house the radar detector or whatever Google put in there.

I suggest you download the installer from Windows Media Creation tool and create a bootable USB Flash drive directly via the tool or use Rufus.
It would be much better than using a DVD as you will get the latest version of Windows 10 (1903) compared to probably an RTM build on the official USB drive and then having to update.

Get a stronger PSU,something like a Corsair CX550 or 650 should do. Though honestly if you are not in a rush to build and want the best bang for the buck Ryzen system then wait for 3rd gen Ryzen to come out as the Ryzen 5 3600 will have 8 cores/16 threads (same as current gen Ryzen 7) for the same price as the Ryzen 5 2600 currently is.

So basically I have a Google Play account that I use to sign in to the game to play PUBGM on my PC.I've used a ton of emulators for it,but the best by far is Tencent's own emulator,Gaming Buddy.It has no flaws except one: All Google apps and services required to sign into the game are non-existent on the emulator.If i try to log in it will display this exact message : Google play services version unusable.I've tried manually installing each (for Android 4.4.2,that's what version of Android is emulated) and they all install except the most important one : Google Play Services. Google Services Framework and Google Play Games do install however they both need Play Services,without it they wont run and sometimes they even cause my pc to display a BSOD with a error of something like SYSTEM_EXCEPTION (can't remember exactly).I even tried installing it by changing the language to Chinese (as when you do that it lets you install APK's) and it does install but it still throws up the same error.This guy on the TGB group on Google somehow managed to install it but then it shows "Authorization revoked".
 

 

 
If anyone can help it would be really helpful,as Tencent gaming buddy has the best anti aliasing,controls and graphics,but because of this issue im stuck using MEMU Emulator.I'm Level 40 and Platinum V and do not want to have to start all over again because of this issue.

What are the actual specs of the PC.And also i will never recommend MSI products as they have more gaming branding then quality.

I'd say build a PC with used components in CeX US (if ur in the US) cause the stores are closing but there are supa ultra fire hot deals because it is closing
 

There is some 4 GB DDR3 1600MHz laptop ram going on CeX for 7$.... go grab it quick before all stores close out 

which only causes a bit of terrible performance.I'd go for a 1060 (6GB prefered) as it is almost the same perf. as the 980.

I finished updating it from BIOS Revision 0612 to BIOS Revision 1001 (latest).Now gotta see in the future if i come across the same bsod.

Yes they do,and That's a good profit while selling if you are able to sell it (happens a lot in of websites,where in a particular area there is a lack of hardware,like in SYW S5,though they still got a good deal for a 980ti where there were just Macs,they anyway had to find a good deal else the system would not fit in the $500 budget).While buying it's definately not a good choice buying it for so high (i mean try to get the best deal possible) because 440$ is not a good deal for a 980ti,but somehow you were able to sell it,which is your profit,i'd try to get it for 200$ by putting more time getting a better deal,instead of finding a deal easily where the price is so high,compared to putting more hardwork than money,you can get 2 of them for that price then.
