I'm already waiting for my pair of Airpods and another one for my wife. We are already using Bose QC35 but for the summer the Airpods will be much better. I don't quite understand why it's so hard to find true Airpods alternative, all of the "alternatives" are in-ear!

Also, prepare for the Apple-hate train

EDIT AFTER 15 HOURS: Where's the Apple-hate train...? Illuminati...?

yeah, for ryzen get 3000mhz ram also if you're willing to OC yourself just get a 1700, they average the same range of OC potential as the more expensive variants but at a lower cost the 1700x and 1800x just have factory overclocks applied, like aib graphics cards

The screenshots you provided don't let us reach any conclusion.
You showed old videos with a lot of cumulative views (the most viewed ones, not average videos), and then videos from other channels with X views each. You haven't shown that, on average, in the same interval of time, older videos got more views. For all we know, it could be that a typical older video also had 500K views in the first week. Same with other channels: where is the evidence that typical videos used to receive more views in the first week (or month, or whatever)? It may be true, but there is no basis in this thread to conclude it so far.
That's completely personal. You may have had the belief that 4 million subs channels got more than 800K views in one week, but without showing us that was the case in the past, it may have just been a wrong belief. Maybe you are just learning that the link between subscribers and 1st week viewers isn't what you thought it was.

To discuss why something change, first we need to make sure that anything changed, and for that we need 1st week viewership data for all videos, not 1st week vs 4 years data. We need a "before and after" picture of the same object.

Honestly, I don't understand why they're doing the "cancerous" thumbnails. In their video explaining why they are doing this, they showed a Guava Juice video with lots of views. The issue with this is, that's a kids channel doing something dumb like filling a bath full of Skittles.

LTT is a tech channel, not a kids channel. Their YouTube stats have shown that there aren't a lot of younger viewers which was the idea behind doing these kinds of thumbnails and clickbait. YouTube may have changed their algorithm, but  part of it is because of these clickbait and "cancerous" thumbnails. I don't see it working effectively.

Maybe there's more to it than just the thumbnails.  Perhaps a growing number of people are just getting tired of the nonsense?

One of the best-received vids lately was the one where Linus ranted on about X299.  No shitty thumbnails (still overly dramatic, but at least no stupid faces), proper content and reasoning rather than all the "hey, watch me drill a hole in a motherboard and then drop it" idiocy that we've been getting for a while now.

I used to watch almost every video back when they were in the previous location (the house).  Quite a bit of cringe and stupidity but nowhere near as over-the-top as nowadays, worse audio and video but at least the interesting content made up for that.
Nowadays though I find half of them just plain uninteresting and another third have such stupid thumbnails that I don't even want to watch them regardless of the subject.

I'm not in the market for wireless headphones atm since I'm still rocking a iPhone 6s and Apple decided to keep the headphone jack on everything that doesn't need the extra space in the chassis.......but when I am I will almost certainly get AirPods.

Having one pair of headphones that can just work between whatever Apple device I'm using, my Mac, iPhone, iPad, or even Apple Watch is just way too cool.

And surprisingly they don't cost much more than other independent bluetooth headphones and for what extra you do pay, you get way better technology and quality of build if not sound.

No sadly, the R1 ultimate would work, it provides a clearance "UP TO"(Sebastian, Linus) 35mm with the fan in it's higher position, you can always pull the heatsink off anyway.
    Good luck!

I would choice a different mobo. That mobo is over priced a asus rog or ASRock x370 taichi would give you much better vrms and they are normally cheaper.

Looks like it'd be a freaking sick build, I've had allot of success with EK blocks so I'd recommend paying the bit extra for them. I'm running a Phobya pump and I'd stay the hell away from it, the fittings stripped the plastic threads on the pump and I ended up having to glue fittings into the pump(somehow I'm a year on with no leaks).

For tubing I'd go with PETG over Acrylic, PETG is much less brittle and easier to cut and is equally as clear. I got a little tubing cutter from my local hardware store, it's meant for cutting copper pipes but it works really well for cutting plastic tubes to and gives a really smooth cut. Soapy water is your best friend for getting your silicon insert in the tubes for bending. Also, work out how much tubing you think you'll need and double it, bending the pipes is really tricky and for some of the more intricate bends will take several attempts since once you bent the tube you can't really do more than minor adjustments to it.

If you can add a drain point to your loop when you are building it, I ignored this advice the first time I did it and it made draining the loop a pain, only costs like $30 in parts and makes your life so much easier.

Last thing, make sure you set aside a heap of time to do it, took me three days to do mine(most of that time was spent trying to work out what I was doing lol)

You get a converter. USB C guarantees at the minimum it supports USB protocols (though technically at the bare minimum, USB 1.0/2.0)
