Bios password- you have to reset CMOS, search up how. Windows password - based off of what you said, it's your Microsoft account, try resetting it using another computer, from their website. If that fails, well you can reformat your computer, if you don't have any files you need. If you have files you need, you can boot from another copy of windows, and if you have admin, you can access your files.
