    Well I recommend for starting use Mikrotik and Wispro https://www.wispro.co/ With Wispro is your traffic shaping, load balancer, some Cache, and more, they give you 100 contract Free is you want more contracts you have to pay like 700$, with mikrotik is going to be much easier to do some stuff like dhcp, vpn, view the bandwidth per interface, NAT, queue.
