    It was connected by AUX. moved it to the front of the computer, no more beeps. Thanks a lot guys

    First thing, Paperclip test your PSU. This is simple.
     
    Secondly, Bread Board your system with only the bare minimum hooked up. CPU Cooler, GFX if you dont have on board graphics, and your PSU of course as well as only one stick of RAM in slot 1. You'll need to use a flathead to short your power switch on your MOBO. 
     
    Hopefully it'll boot!

    Consider using a friends PSU to test your system and see if it boots and runs reliably.
