  1. My 760 can max almost everything at 1080p. Dual 780 Tis will be fine in high. Of course, it depends on the aa, af and other settings used. I completely agree on the VRAM though. That will start being a big factor with 4k, as some games use near or at 2GB of VRAM at just 1080p lol
  2. $300 on sale for a 1200w psu for a system that pulls a max of 375w? Anyway, have you tried making sure your bios is up to date, in addition to what is asked above
  3. Is there any point in buying an R7 240 when you can buy quad sli 780 ti's?
  4. Yes, but a 3GB SLI 760 is better than a 2GB SLI 760, is what I was getting at. By no means is it ideal, but it is better.
  5. I do see your point (I myself bought a 2GB 760), but for potential for SLI/CrossFireX in the future, the extra available memory would help, and fully bring out the SLI/CFX potential.
  6. Yeah, that's my bad, I was on my phone and it wasn't readily noticeable. Sorry!
  7. Furthermore, your logic is flawed. If your car stops working, is it the dealers responsibility to give you 50% a new car? Hint: no.
  8. Your problem is with the game developer, not Steam. This is the risk you run with always on drm games, so your problem is actually with yourself, for feeling entitled. Yes it sucks, but get over it. Find a game that doesn't use always on drm, and move on.
  9. Why is this always the immediate reaction here? The 256 bit bus gpus can use over 3GB of VRAM, so in NO way is a 4gb card worthless. Especially given the potential crossfire in the future, the use of 3+gob will be much, much better than 2gb
  10. How is £113 in his price range of under £100? Lol
  11. 770 MSI Lightning. Best 770, and allows for increasing voltage, I believe most GTX's have their voltage locked. Great for overclocking!
  12. 500w is pushing it on a 280x but if it's a good brand/model it'll do fine. As far as fit size, you should be able to find out the max card size online, or physically measure the space. If it fits, a 280x from a 7770 will be awesome
  13. Why is this in the Graphics Card section? But anyways, yes if you don't plan on running high/ultra, but no if you want good graphics fidelity.
