It will properbly be fine. The stockcooler is meant to handle the cpu just fine under full load at stock speeds. If no overclock is intended there is no reason to spend money on a better cpu cooler.

if you want it to run more quiet, a small noctua cooler could help.

Check your CPU cooler. Make sure the fan(s) are running and that the cooler is properly mounted.

the One+ series is the place to go, no junkware from third parts, and cheaper then most other phones.

If you use a moderen active Analog to Digital (Scart->HDMI) the delay will be around 1ms, and depending on your moderen tv it will be as low as 5ms or lower, or as high as 200ms depending on the quality. All in all, it wont really matter. If you use the converter, and its not a trash one, you should be just fine

Like @Tricky12321 said, please provide more information about your network such as the make and model of your router, distance from your laptop to your router, how many walls are between your laptop and your router, what wireless protocol (802.11x) you're connecting to, what frequency you're connecting to, and any other details you can provide.
