    240hz monitor

In a build I have coming up, I plan on using a 1080p 240hz monitor. What cable/output should I use if I want to output the full 240hz (@1080p, obviously)? I will be using the EVGA 1070ti black edition if that means anything...
  3. true that. if you uncheck the box on the top right that says "enable compatibility filter", it means you cant use that card in whatever system you are building
  4. first off 1050ti is ok second off A 500 DOLLAR 1080TI ON EBAY is like the least legit thing ive ever heard
  5. does it have to be a "rig"?? all i have is a laptop do i still qualify
  6. I've seen that one, looks good (but i don't speak from experience) Last time I saw it online, it only had a 7 minute flight time, something around that.

  9. So it's here It's official AMD has confirmed their new lineup of ryzen 9 "threadripper" proccessors. 16, 14, and 12 cores of (presumably) pure power https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2017/05/amd-ryzen-threadripper-price-specs-release-date/ Meanwhile, not hearing anymore about i9 from intel.... Anyone hyped for this???
  10. lol made a post on this too and got confused
  11. Speculated? Maybe Before i9? Definitely But nothing really got confirmed until around Saturday.
  12. So apparently along with the Ryzen 9 leak, Intel also leaked the i9 7920K, a Skylake-X proccessor with 12 cores 24 threads. Moving on to i9? http://www.pcgamer.com/intel-core-i9-leak-points-to-intels-first-new-processor-line-in-years/ But what is this for? Logically, it's probably to counter AMD's Ryzen, but how? The 6950x is $1700(or whatever it is now after the apparent price drop), so I don't think adding 2 more cores and more threads is going to help that.... Any ideas?
  13. You r right. i9 7920x was also leaked. 12 core 24 thread, but no clock speeds yet Edit: Found out about i9 from this http://www.techradar.com/news/intel-turns-up-the-dial-to-core-i9-with-new-processors
