I wouldn't run anything stressful on the GPU. If you're just in Windows or whatever there shouldn't really be anything that'd cause the GPU to spike and draw more power.

You can't change a connector on the amplifier from input to output, the amplifier chip most likely has fixed pinout...
You could carefully CUT the traces from the line in connector and connect some wires from the line in jack to the aux in jack , so when you insert a cable in the line in connector, the chip will actually receive that signal into the auxiliary input pins (as if you plugged the jack into aux connector).
You could also just buy audio connectors, drill extra holes in the case of your amplifier and then solder wires from connectors to where you want the signal to go.
As for the sound card, you can change the role of audio jacks from the application that comes with the sound card, for example Realtek HD manager. So your microphone input on the back could be converted to stereo output, or headphones output.

You would have to turn on your integrated graphics in your BIOS, keep in mind though that by default this motherboard HDMI won't be using your GPU's power, so running a game/Oculus rift on that is not advisable.
The alternative is of course finding some Displayport/DVI to HDMI adapter/cable.

The guy is gaming, no need for Ryzen and its optimization problems. Ryzen is good for large work loads.
Gaming all you need is a very fast i5 but a i7 is better for future proofing.
If money is no object then overclock an Intel Chip, those are with the K at the end of the number and buy a oc mobo.

There isn't that much difference. Not that I'm saying you should buy a 7700K. Not unless they're the same price.
BTW, water cooling doesn't really make that much of a difference. It just takes much longer to heat up, but unless you only game for half an hour at a time, it's going to get almost the same heat as a good air cooler would.
Then go run a game on a Pentium, since they have higher clock speeds than i5s.
Looking to the future, games will be optimized for Ryzen. It's doing really well considering it's running Intel targeted games.
