After a good bit of messing around trying to get iTunes 9.2.1 to install in windows 10, then making a windows 10 VM on my MacBook Pro to run software to download a windows 7 ISO because Microsoft rejected the only key I have, then making a windows 7 VM and getting iTunes 11.1.5 to download and install, my iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.3 is finally jailbroken.
