Lol he'll prolly tell you that it's an old laptop anyways and that who cares. However, good point. Vacuums and computers don't really mix because of the static build up.
I took the time of making an i7 6700k build with your proposed specs vs an i5-6600k build. They come out to about the same price with the exception of a 1060 vs a 1050ti.
I completely overlooked the fact that streaming was a priority for you. Shadowplay is a great and easy way to stream. However, my point still stands; I still think that you should opt for a better graphics card than the one you are thinking of getting. Ryzen 5 should enable you to take some money out of your CPU budget and allow you to buy a better graphics card.
Surprised that people don't do it more often. It's strong and abrasive without being overtly so, and more importantly not nearly as fibrous as paper towels.
I would wait for the Ryzen 5 and maybe opt for a better GFX for the money. Ryzen 5+ RX 470/480 is a much better bang for your buck than an i7 plus 1050/ti.
Yeah, it is. IMHO, if you want to go ahead and use a standard refresh monitor for now; nothing wrong with that. However, to maximize your investment in your PC, a 144 hz monitor will provide you with that.
