  1. Soon after I installed my OS, no idea why tho. All i did was uninstall few junk apps and disable the couple 3-4k privacy settings on OS 10. None of which affected my other user accounts. Indeed its fun.
  2. I did and this is only happening with only one account on the PC, I've created 2 other accounts and the search is fine.
  3. This is a week old pc and I've had to re-install the OS twice now, and both times were fresh. Maybe the third time is the charm
  4. Usually this problem is your search bar becomes frozen and you just need to restart your "explorer.exe" process on task manager. But in my case everything works except when I try to type something to search, after the first letter I type it just crashes. I have tried the "SFC/SCANNOW" and it came out with no Integrity Violations".... So I have no idea what to do and I would really hate to have to re-install all my OS just for this. PLEASE any tips would be greatly appreciated. Video of the issue
  5. Okay I have an MSI z270 SLI PLUS MB with an i7 7700k running at stock 42.-4.5 Ghz. Under load the CPU is using 1.24v to 1.27v. I know it can run easy at 1.195v if i set it to fixed value . Can someone please tell me how i can have it on adaptive and still set a limit to how much max CPU volts it can scale to? Thank you so much in advance.
  6. Hey guys i have an intel i7 7700k running base clock and I'm using Corsair Vengeance LPX running on its 3200 XMP profile. Someone pointed out to me that for base clock the Vcore Voltage was too high at 1.25. So now i wonder, is the SA voltage of 1.36 and IO voltahe of 1.3 also too high? I'm not very familiar with any of this and I'm just dipping my toes into pc building and Overclocking. Thank you in advance
  7. Alright, pretty nice for you to do that, Thank you I'll keep it in mind
  8. I understand but what Knight said about 1.26 not being enough to put any cooler to 90° makes sense. Remember everything is at stock. I'm gonna try to remove and re-apply paste and cooler. If it doesn't work I guess I'll have to buy another cooler cause i don't know how else to see if its my MB not reporting the right temps.
  9. In case you wonder about case flow, The stress test where done with both side panel open. I know for a fact case flow isn't an issue. But i don't have a clue on what else to do to determine the cause of this.
  10. Cryorig H7 air cooler with the i7 7700k at stock, I've used 2 thermal paste Artic Silver 5 and CP7. Re-applied like 4 times already still same exact results
  11. So i built my first rig few days ago, everything seamed fine until I noticed my cpu fan speeding up and down too often by just light gaming. I did some temp test and they were up the roof. Tried re-applying thermal paste using P method making sure not to apply too much. I did it 3-4 times and the results were the exact same. Here is a short video I made testing it. Everything is in stock except RAM which is on XMP at 3200. Any Ideas on how to determine the cause ?
