Some info about Intel's next mainstream chipset, has been revealed. The leaked slide, shows it's exactly the same as their 200 series, with the difference is native support for USB 3.1 Gen2 and integreated wireless AC. The new chipset will continue to tun on socket 1151 and it will be accompanied with a new cpu. If all goes to plan, we should see it around Q4 2017.

There is 0 reason for this chipset to even exist.
At least with 200 series, theres intel Octane.
 

I have $340 and i just want to have a pc to work with and do some light gaming (dota2,csgo,fifa). I cant buy used bc I'm from the Philippines, buying from ebay means twice the prive for shipping. Should i buy currently available apu or save up for a ryzen apu?

I would wait for Ryzen 3 and save up more money for that.

Should I wait for vega or should I get a gtx 1080 now. I am upgrading from a gtx 760. I am running an ultrawide and another 1080p. Might upgrade to a 1440p or 4K screen in the future.

You could probably plug them into a MOBO header/splitter with PWM and set it up yourself manually

CPU benchmark for the i5 = 3906, for the i7 = 5062. It's a decent upgrade. My i7-4770K @ 4.2GHz exceeds 11,000  

For gluing it back on most use an epoxy or RTV sealant from what I've seen, the important thing is ensure the IHS lines back up correctly.

That list looks good, I would personally recommend to go with the D5 pump, it's one of the best regarded units out there, and will be more than enough for a single CPU and GPU loop. However I would go with a tube res over the bay units as they are tricky to fill and bleed the loop. 
 
Also you have both clear and UV purple fluid selected.

Yes that will work well, you only need a little to hold it in place so less is more.
