  1. I ordered twice from this company. Both undelivered. The 2nd time, they automatically cancelled my order after more than a month of waiting for the items I purchased. They cancelled my order because they really never shipped it in the first place. They have no proof that it actually left their Toronto facility.
  2. The first time I ordered was in November 2016. I thought the skins they're selling online were great so I gave it a try. I was just surprised that they wouldn't provide any tracking number. According to them, it's the best shipping process. More than a month passed but I didn't receive my order. Their excuse was the address and contact details I provided was incomplete whereas I filled out the online form completely. Even after giving them my complete information, my order was not reshipped because the claim they were waiting for my response whether I wanted it reshipped or a refund. DUH!!! Why would I provide them more detailed address and contact number if I wanted a refund? LOGIC!!! By then, 2 months already passed so I was obliged to make a refund. Maybe my case was just one in a million so I thought I should give it another try. Again, I purchased several skins on February 17. I provided complete address and mobile number - even details that were not asked during checkout such as PO box and contact numbers. I got a confirmation on February 22 that my order had been shipped. Until now, no skin has arrived. They gave me the exact same excuse as the first time their shipment failed: incomplete details, i.e. my order was really shipped. This is NOT my fault so, to make up for the incovenience they caused, they should resend my order via expedited shipping free of charge.
