  1. If it's going to work as some say, that companies will have to pay providers to keep their speed, then it works on a whitelist basis, that more or less means that vpn providers will be just as slow unless they pay.... if so a vpn wont work :-/
  2. Might be a dumb question, but did you put the card in the upside down?
  3. I don't know what country you are from.. but for many contries, that would mean to reroute around them so they don't break the laws many countries have, and that means less money for the american network companies, something they do not wish :-)
  4. Yes, but i'm talking about the internet.. what happens in usa doesnt really change the internet, just like north korean's not being allowed to connect to the internet, also doesn't ruin the internet.
  5. its the ISP's internal networks.. it is not the internet, it just connects americans to the internet, and thats the only part they have control over :-)
  6. Just to get one thing clear, the Internet has not changed and will not change based on something decided in the states. The Internet is fine.. what this could have an affect on is Amercian's connection to the internet and companies that make a living of american clients:-) So to illustrate for an american person: INTERNET <-------- no change here--------> ISP <-------There might be some change here----------> MODEM IN AMERICA. Rest of the world: INTERNET <-------- no change here--------> ISP <-------- no change here--------> MODEM. I hope this clears it up for at least some people. :-)
  7. Then you should talk to asus about a replacement :-)
  8. Install the software that came with the graphics card, that way you can control fan speeds and pick a predefined profile or create your own :-) Edit: the H115i can also be really load, but thats also fixed with setting a profile in the Corsair Link software, if the pump is connected via the usb cable.
  9. Doesnt look like anyone that lives at these parts has seen this post hehe
  10. afaik with dead pixels and such stuff with monitors and warranty, if under some percentage its not covered, but over the percentage it would be.. But check with the company where you got the machine. Edit: However if you bought it in a shop/store, take your recite and laptop to the shop/store.. Sometimes they take it back if they deem it "broken" even if the warranty doesn't (My personal experience)
  11. Hey i'm giving away a coolermaster Elite 130 case for free if you live around Esbjerg, Denmark. It's just sitting here collecting dust. Has never been used but needs a little cleaning :-) Info on case
  12. No problem.. glad you figured it out, I was afk :-)
  13. Have you tried with diskpart?
