i am running core i7 7700k at 4.8Ghz 1.32v ... it easily hit 85-90 even 100c while rendering a image or video. i have tried captain 360ex, replacing a dual 140mm aircooler. result is worse. so need the best closed loop AIO cooler in terms of performance, budget is no issue.... Or should i switch to Ryzen.,,,,,,,,,???

right now using Cooler master storm striker, dose it worth it to switch to cosmos ii.... in turns of efficiency, cable management, air flow, looks etc.......>>>>
