  1. All I see from the website is it's 8118 Lan according to Gigabyte. I've insralled the latest drivers from their website and from Realtek so I'm not sure where to source it from.. My next lead asides from cable is I have to update my BIOS since I'm one behind most recent, or that my BIOS is limiting the speed
  2. It isn't at 10 mbps Half Duplex, despite recognizing at 100 Mbps Full Duplex, it's capped at 10 for some reason.
  3. Old MOBO was an Asrock AB350M-HDV Old driver was Realtek Gigabit Internet performance is what's poor, don't need to transfer files Only LAN is affected Previous setup was 100 Full Duplex RN my link speed is only 10mbps despite being able to go past that before Only a CCTV system is also connected via Ethernet to the router I don't have a spare Ethernet cable to test different connections At this point I'm really inclined to believe its my cable since I've read that if the cable isn't good enough it defaults to 10 mbps, else what's the settings in Gigabyte's BIOS to check if it's limiting my internet?
  4. What type should I get? I'm pretty sure the one I have is super cheap since it doesn't even have any markings for its CAT. I need it to run quite a few meters to reach my router. Edit: Should've noted that my Router speed should be around 200-300 mbps, Ideally I wouldn't like a name brand since it's hard to source these sometimes in the Philippines.
  5. I've seen posts how a USB Ethernet would work, would that suffice in this case? I really would love to get a new cable but with the way it's routed in our house rn I'd need to wait until we get a handyman or smth.
  6. My old mobo used Realtek Gigabit LAN, should I swap over to that instead of Gaming Family? And how can I tell if the LAN cable isn't up to snuff? Router is from ISP so I can't go 1gbps. I'm talking about the LAN cause my download speeds and loading pages have gone down horrendously
  7. Title, I'm on a Gigabyte B560M DS3H AC. I updated Windows, I updated the Realtek Drivers. I'm 100 mbps Half Duplex. But still, my LAN was slower than before, and I also would get "Ethernet Cable is Disconnected" despite the cable being tightly seated in the slot. I used to get 90 mbps on Ookla, and now I'm only up to 9 mbps. I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my drivers or my LAN Cable if it's really not compatible anymore. Realtek's LAN driver is Ver. 10.50.511.2021, Windows Version is 10.0.19044
  8. Planning to get it. But not sure on the dimensions. My case can support up to 160mm CPU Cooler Height and up to 240 Mm Radiators. If this won't fit, any good sort of budget alternatives for AM4? Edit: I'm willing to cave in on a good Air cooler too tho.
  9. 2 will suffice. I do believe most of the cooling will come from your coolers and even then they'll act as a mini intake and exhaust. So yeah. It'll suffice
  10. Not really into going for a outside source, mainly my fear of exchange rates. If I were going to do that I'd be playing the rates like a Stock Broker.
  11. The 240. I'm not American so that one is a bit of a downer to me, also looks a bit overkill considering I want just a side window and maybe the case to be Black. But I'll give it credit. Those front fans on the screenshot and custom water cooling look cool AF. Tecware Edge is like really Budget here in the PH, about 31$ but still a good buy. But I originally wanted a Mastercool Lite (240? Not sure, but it's a single fan.) @Isstefan
  12. Well the store that I'm buying from only stocks the 240 and it does fit in my case [Exactly 240mm (With Filtered Intake? I think.)] and if I could I would've gone for the 280 edition. My build is a bit budget but should be able to do Heavy E-Sports and Medium-Light Gaming, I'm used to it since I've been gaming on a potato for years. I have the patience of a saint. @For Science!
  13. Good thing I'm still planning. Supposed to be a Tecware Edge. Any good budget cases that will support this? Also this is what it actually is. I think I got the wrong model it's a 240 http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00002776 https://facebook.com/commerce/products/1149606005124075 @MVPernula
  14. Not sure if this belongs here (it s not custom but technically? Water Cooling) My case supports up to 240mm Radiators. The cooler I want to get is a ThermalTake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 280. Will it fit?
