Hi guys. I'm planning to get a new 1080p monitor for my build, and the cheapest one I've found has a refresh rate of 75Hz. A few games that I own are capped at 60fps, so I want to know: will 60fps on the 75Hz monitor look as smooth as on a 60Hz monitor? I've also heard that if you have a 120Hz monitor, 60fps will be smooth since 60 is a factor of 120. Is this true?
