I am currently building a streaming pc, the choice that i am stuck on at this point is what CPU i should go for, I have a few spare motherboard that I have lying around.
Asus x99a Usb 3.1
Gigabyte H110M-A
Gigabyte X58 (dont know model)
The real question is do i got for something like a Intel Xeon E5 2630L V3 (8c 16t) on my X99 board. It might lack in clockspeeds but has the core/thread count double of other cpus for the price. Or what about an i7 920? (4c 8t) cpu has less threads/cores but higher clocks, and i believe higher IPC. or lastly do i go for something like an i5 7600/6600? (the reason for not chosing something like a 6700 or 7700 is price. Looking to spend max 200 USD)

I currently have all the kits of Ram stated as well as PSU's the 1050ti. (havent decided between 1050ti or 2x760's) This question is purely about CPU choice.
