Sweet another game i can demo before buying, seems i won't bother anyway not even downloading.. game looks trash.

IPC is still very relevant it helps to have both, thankfully Ryzen is not lacking.

For now 4 cores are ok, it's moving forwards that more cores are seeing gains, we can see this in games like GTA V. As for your CPU, it's a great match for the 980Ti at that clock speed.

Looking at this, it's easy to see why the FX was shunned in such a way when you have 1 game pulling the average way down, we know it was not quite up there at the time, but it's delivering par or above with the 2500k which is proving some of the rhetoric right.

Did in any of the FX 81xx FX 83xx life time get what the community rambled on about? how Windows is unoptimized, not the CPU being designed how it is. How intel is putting code in games to slow FX down.. yeah they went there. How everyone is transpiring against AMD and are now victims to intel owners. How FX has 8 cores so it's bettererererer. And yeah Ryzen is an awesome success, not what this thread is really about, just wondering if these people changed their idiotic rhetoric.

OG XBOX x3 PS2 (Slim & FAT) Dreamcast N64 PS1 These machines are real consoles, real gaming machines.

IT's worth getting a better monitor since that really affects everything more than a CPU will.

It's superior. You only have to click and the rest of it you concentrate on aim and recoil control.
