I have a core VID of 1.5 volts and a Vcore which maxes at 1.421. Is that safe?

i got the cooler from amazon, it came missing a screw

I have checked the documentation to see what the size is and it doesn't seem to say. It is the "i" screw in the manual, labelled "tightening nut" Does anybody know the size of it?

it came out before the 13th gen even released, so it wouldn't have had it included. all I can do is hope that it was updated somewhere along the way, otherwise I am going to have to buy a 12600 and return it after updating the bios

the motherboard says it was manufactured on 2022/03, so it most certainly is not. it was handed into microcenter June this year

I wont be able to test it with my 13th gen CPU until I have flown into Canada. My first question is if microcenter updates their open box motherboards. If not, my second question is if bestbuys return policy is liberal enough to let me buy a 12th gen CPU and return it cost-free later in the day. I have looked at their website and there is conflicting information on it, which is pretty frustrating.

Does anyone know why this is happening? When I download i notice that frequently it is slow. once i unplug my etheret cable and plug it back in, it immediately goes back to how fast it should be at 600 mbps. does anyone know why this is happening? thank you.

how do i copy the drive? i cannot access the data. i would like to get some off of it though

I was using my pc and noticed that I couldnt open anything on my 2TB drive, so I restarted my computer. It gave me a black screen and would not boot until i unplugged the 2TB drive, after which it booted normally. I then plugged it back in and it would not show up. I have tried plugging it into another PC and into a mac, no luck. It doesnt show up. However, it does show up in the BIOS. Could anybody offer solutions? It is only 8 months old. Thank you.

I messed up some settings and need to completely delete the settings folder in order to play the game. I have tried reinstalling, I have deleted the folder in appdata roaming/local, I have even tried starting it on another steam account. Nothing works. Ty for help in advance

Is this safe? Whenever I play minecraft on it, it instantly goes to 100c and stays there. I know 100c is too high for most PC parts, so im wondering if its okay for this. Most forums online dont even show the M1 MBA getting any warmer than 80c.

I upgraded my RAM to 32 gigabytes from 16. DDR4 3200. My original kit was a G skill kit and my new kit is a Gammix kit. Both are 3200. Everything works fine other than the fact that my games have been crashing frequently since the upgrade, about once an hour. The two games are League of Legends and Natural Selection 2. Minecraft, as well as the Minecraft server I host that I upgraded for, run just fine. It is only those two games and potentially others that I have not tried yet. I overvolted the DDR4 to 1.45 volts up from 1.36 and it is still crashing in league.

ah, i understand. If the screw is supposed to be separate, i am not sure how I am supposed to get it out. It is screwed in there very tightly.

how much force should I use? it doesnt feel like its going to fit... the standoff is also thicker than the semi-circle hole at the end of the NVME....

There is already a screw socket in there... are you saying that this piece can be unscrewed?

As you can see here, the screw portion of this is incredibly short, shorter than the width of the m.2 SSD itself. Would it be okay to let the SSD simply flop around? It will be under my GPU, and although it is a gen 4 rocket, it will be running at gen 3 speeds for the time being.

I have a 3600 and a 165hz display. Would there be a noticeable decrease in performance once if i were to swap down from 3200 to 2666?

I know it has an AMD chip, but would that still allow it to have fTPM even if valve was lazy and didnt include it in the bios?
