  1. Just wanted to thank you guys for the advices. I eneded up going with 3800x - tomahawk max b450 and ddr4 3600 . Everithing works fine, and i got the temporary boost needed to play with my friends in italy's lockdown, now i get 70fps with no strange fluctuation in the fps and the game run smooth like butter Will now save to buy 2070 and new monitor! Buy guys and stay safe in these times !!!!!
  2. Sorry forgot to mention power supply, i changed it last year with the case and cpu cooler., i have EVGA 750 80+ BRONZE. I hope to keep the new cpu and motherboard for long like i had with my current computer , at least 5 years i hope. Keep in mind my current pc have a entry level asus h81 motherboard, i pad if i remeber correctly about 80€, that served me well even with oveclocking when the time has come ,and never gave me trouble so i am all in favor to use a cheaper motherboard. Cheaper meaning it cost less, but as still al the features i require , in this case b450 board is more than enough for my needs since i don't even plan to overclock the 3800x. For the ram i am planning on getting 16gb Crucial Ballistix 3600mhz c16 that costs 104,99€, and for the ryzen guide i saw online they recommended ddr4 3600mhz c16 or 3200mhz c14, for best results. I understand what you say, but i have to try to balance the build with the money keeping in mind what it will be used for
  3. Yeah but think i have to take in mind my contemporary needs, but also future ones. That's why i am more willing to invest and go from 500€ tor a little more now just for cpu motherboard and ram, and later on invest the same amount on a rgaphic card and have a decent gaming pc that can bealso a work station. with this thiny amount more i looked up a ryzen 7 3800x and a MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard that has all i think i need ( please correct it if i am wrong ) , and for now 16gb 3600 ram. From amazon italy ica nbuy these 3 for 555€. And in six months or less upgrade also the graphic card and monitor. I already have a good case i bought last year to have better airflow and a AIO corsair h110i v2 water cooling unit for the cpu i used to overclock my i5 and have good temps, an awesome pcie asus wifi card and decent ssd . I would need only the graphic card and monitor. what do you think?
  4. Thermals on the 290 are ok, not going over 70. The game has serious optimization issues that the devs are not resolving, if you search cpu issues for warzone you will see tons of people having the same problem .
  5. I get it,and i now it would be better that way, but the problem is that i want to play with my friends now not in a fiew months. I was looking for a way with my budget to do somthing now, and be allowed later to complete the upgrade. Especially since we are in quarantine at home ( i am from italy )
  6. Hi My current system is 5 years old now: I5 4690k O.C. to 4.6ghz - 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram - asus h81 gamer motherboard - amd R9 290 graphic card - 1080p 60hz monitor. I use pc for light gaming ( rocket league, tomb raider, and now warzone), for cad and 3d modeling, and for everyday media consumption. I need to update since i started playng with my friends to warzone, but the CPU is running always at 100% and i get bad fps while gpu is not being stressed so badly since i set quality to medium. I dont pretend a lot for now from the update, just 60fps at 1080, with medium settings. But the cpu seems to be causing problems with warzone , which i tried to solve fallowing every online suggestion with no results, and is preventing me to play with my friends, and since budget is strict i was thinking of updating cpu, motherboard and ram now, and graphic card and monitor later this year. I was thinking of a ryzen 7 3700x - gygabite aorus b470 motherboard - and 16gb 3200 mhz crucial ballistix which would cost me about 550€ or 590$ . What do you think? what would you different? Will this still be a good system to add a good graphic card i 6 months , like for example a 2070 super, and a good monitor ?
  7. Hi everyone. I got a new laptotp few days ago on sale, it's the HP 15-ec0016nl. Here the link of the complete specs . Just to give the main info, it has a 52.5 Wh battery, is equipped with gtx 1660ti and ryzen 7 370H. Well, i am a huge fan of Magic the gathering, and was curious if a battery life of 2.5hours while playng tha Magic the gathering arena was normal or if it was too short. Because the unit was the last one in store and was the one exposed i am worried battery life deteriorated already. If anyone can help that would be awesome. thanks!
  8. the ones i have now use a dongle that the tv does not recognize. I have to test with new usb mouse and keyboard! that would be a great option!

  10. the signal in not strong enough to from living room to the room of the pc.
  11. Hi guys, i hope gaming is the right section, if not please point me to the right one Some times i want to play games from my couch on my tv in the living room. The pc is in another room, but everything is connected to the same network. My samsung smart tv support steam link , steam controller and xbox360 controller, but does not support keyboard and mouse imput connceted directly to the tv. For some games the controller is fine, but i am really missing my keyboard and mouse. I tried connecting my wireless mouse and keyboard to my pc and using them in the living room, but the signal is weak and they do not work fine. Is there a way to solve this situation? Thanks
