You're asking if a console is "worth it" to an audience of PC enthusiasts. It's not going to [be] unbiased.

That said, I'd wait a few months for more games to roll into the line-up before making a decision. If you do want a new console, I'd go with the 3DS (I know it's a handheld). Plenty of games to play and it's far more portable.

NPC's in all games are stupid:

Please don't put that many "yes"s. Some of us don't have multi-thousand dollar machines that can render all those. My computer almost bluescreened from them.

ps4 pro can do 1440p in some games or downsample 1440p into 1080p or 4k in small less graphically demanding games, get games that have good stories like last of us.

I'd definitely go PS4 judging by what you've said in the thread. Not only is it considerably cheaper, but it's easier to move around. Yeah, the graphics won't be as nice, but it's not like you're going to be playing an N64 vs a computer with a Titan X.
Best Buy is a good bet. Also check out London Drugs, Amazon, and Memory Express.

$30 cheaper than the original build and there are no BIOS issues (H110 boards are not always ready for Kabylake CPUs):

Yea, I never have that much time to play all the games, I only played 10 of them, I bought the games when they were on sale, so it stacks up...you can get total 250 hours on a good story line game, and endless hour on online shooting like Destiny.
Me and my cousin can definitly play the same game at the same time, let's say the account you have ownership on the game is primary account.  In ps4, you can set your account to bound on a ps4 as a primary ps4, that means you can gain access and play all the games that you have downloaded offline or online on a different log in account.  What we did was the using secondary account to play on the primary ps4, and the primary account just log in and play game, but you do need to be able to connect to the server to play games, otherwise they will forced you to go back menu after 20 mins, saying you do not own the content.
