I have a sagemcom or whatever its called router and a motem that I got with spectrum. What can I get to upgrade my wifi for not too expensive. Do i need a modem and router combo or just router?

Everytime I use youtube on chrome it will freeze about 2 seconds into the video. I dont want to switch browsers because this just recently started happening. I really like chrome. Its not my internet because my speeds are 100 down and 20 up. Please help.

I just bought the Yamaha MG10XU and whenever I play with someone they can hear themselves, or if I am recording on audacity it records my computer sounds too on the same track instead of just my mic. Please help thank you. There is a my setup.
