Actually anti monopoly laws ensure there are places ISPs cannot expand unless they give another place up. It isint some special agreement from ISPs it's government telling us you cant go there. You think Comcast likes not being able to expand?

@ThePD Simple because people still think 5ghz+ is a amazing thing that trumps all. When in reality intel admits past 4.6 or so diminishing returns due to loss of efficiency begin to chew at gains. So intels banking on your paying more for that magic number.

@Brooksie359 infastructure costs ALOT of moeny and does not get a ROI until 5 to 10 years. Not something most investors are willing to do on a whim. Fiber is even harder on companies. Atop of this regulatiosn paperwork etc mean more cost and time to lay lines and new things.

@Kalm_Traveler1 sorry was at work, friend ofm ien used a 360mm Rad and kept finding it was reachign the limit of how much heat it could transfer due to the TIM.

@gepowr so testing on high preset with SMAA and 60s to 70s occsional low 80s and some dips into the 50s are common. Fact is this CPU cannot keep up forever with the GPU and the GPu is being used plenty at times. I think if your lookign for higher FPS you may start with a new CPU. the GTX 1080 can handle it but either lower graphics settings at 1440P or a stronger CPU may be in order if you want a steady frame rate. Cities or very busy battles can really eat at frames.

@Ryan_Vickers it's not a momnopoly or AMD woudl not exsist literily. I hate people using that word when they dont like hwo big a company gets. a monopoly literily means the ONLY choice as in NO OTHER COMAPNIES OR OPTIONS. Simple most politicans dont udnerstand how the interent works and have no concept of infastructure required or its costs. They just sort of assume because you work on the internet you have the internet to hand out. Netwoks in general have become the new mystical magic to the massies. Working for an ISP and having a degree in the subject I can tell you most people have no clue.  People dont grasp how it works on even the basic leverl often enough I find and it makes them prone to dumb things. for isntance in skyfall the james bond film.
 
We get a laptop "encryption" that works via security by obsecurity which doesn ot makes sense also it means it's relying on peole not takign time to look hence Q breaks it fairly easy hoenstly. Because it's not truely encrypted it's just jumbled to look hard to understand. But hollywood thinks this sound awsome and makes it sound super coo. Meanwhile people like me are still shouting at how bad the cable management was in Silva's little island network. [who made this cable set up for your switches and routers? no labels who is respnosible for this mess?) 

@wcreek Apple is uninterested in new markets their interested in forcing people into their eco system and thats it. Their entire systems built on the iphone and hoping they can shoe horn people into this apple system. At work people call in cause they have issues with apples e-mail client when apple makes an upodate or change and it busts our connection from our serves to the mail client. But people want US to fix it. We re not apples support staff. Trouble is apple also wont fix it and sends them to us. They buy routers from apple and then wonder why their so particular and why we dont have all the info on apples closed eco system. Apple is really not intersted in innovation for ourr sakes only for how it can rope people into using their prodcucts and ONLY their products.

@Minitx yeah I see VERY little Airflow on that build. It's an enclosed case so that could be your issue.

@Princess Cadence ok if you like using overclocked stats vs none OC'd great.  But for those of us who dont OC our GPu.Also dependso n benchmarks you see I;'ve seen wider margisn too so using the silicon lotter seems foolish to me for consistancy. also more cuda cores in some cases for some games matters. so I think choosing shoudl be based on their base preformance non OC and on thingsl iek that. Not if it can OC to within 2%of one another.
