Not sure if I should be using this but my friends Snapchat account got taken over last night, she got an email saying that her email address for her account had been changed. When we try to reset the password it says the phone number does not belong to any account, so they must have changed the associated phone number with the account. We have tried contacting Snapchat support but they dont reply back. If anyone knows anything that could help please let me know here!
