MB: Gigabyte GA-8I945GZME-RH
RAM: Kingmax DDR2-800 2GB *2This board requires Floppy to update BIOS but I don't have a Floppy Drive

Did you check in BIOS that it had actually reset to defaults though... just asking as I have seen BIOS bugs where it didn't reset properly.
Oh i found out that it just wont post with DDR2-800 sticks but it works with DDR2-667 sticks

I have a RC410-M2 Rev 2.1 Board From ECS
Is it possible to run Core 2 Duo/Quad CPUs on this board with a bios mod?
If so Can anyone Tell me how to mod it or do it for me? -
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8300
Mobo: EG31M V1.1 from Acer Prebuilt
this board won't POST if I use other Ram sticks instead of the one it came with.
The one it came with is a Kingston DDR2-667 2GB Stick
I tried ram from Samsung, Transcend, Umax, Kingmax, Adata, Some No Name Sticks and even Kingston Ram and it wouldn't POST without using the stick it came with. -

how many sticks do you have?
can you try 1 stick at a time?
do you have different ram to try?
other than that you can keep trying. i have a build where installing ram is vary touchy. i took several hours of reinstalling to get it to work. just make sure it is perfectly straight and insert with even pressure
Tried different configs, different sticks, All won’t work

Go here
Select BIOS, download the latest version and flash it. There's a readme on that site with instructions on how to do it.
It Won't even boot to the bios update CD

Did the computer function after the cpu change? If not it may be an incompatible cpu.
It POSTs and recognizes the new CPU and it even attempted to boot from PXE before I cleared the CMOS
-
BTW the CPU was changed

Try opening BIOS then pressing F10 to save & exit without loading defaults. Does that help?
No

Looks like it's a TPM issue, go into BIOS and see if there's an option to reset the TPM or failing that to disable it entirely.
Can't find one
