So I have a Dell PowerEdge R620 running PopOS 20.04 and something went very wrong. So after a regular system restart, once I got past the login screen I'm met with this: https://vimeo.com/464915517 The login screen is fine, just once I'm in its fucked. Before the restart I noticed when browsing or editing files (from a windows machine) over samba it would freeze for ~30 seconds every 2 minutes or so, no idea if its related or not but yeh. This exact same thing happened on this same machine about 3 months earlier running Ubuntu 20.04 (other then samba freezing), and I couldn't find anything on how to fix it so I reinstalled my OS. I very much don't wanna have to do that again so does anyone know how I can fix it?

You already split the SC ends and the TX RX are on the correct sides. I've tried it with this NIC:https://www.ebay.com/itm/SolarFlare-SFN5122F-Dual-Port-10Gb-s-PCI-E-2-0-x8-Enterprise-Sever-Adapter-NIC/283440227493?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 and with a Dell PowerEdge r620s built in 10G SFP+ ports
