first 10 seconds after running the game it runs smoothly and then gpu starts to stutter and fps drops

What are the temperatures before and after the first 10 seconds?

What kind of games are you running? Are they GPU intensive or CPU intensive?

it is telling me that my system has issues with running real time audio and other tasks.

Is real-time audio related to FPS in anyway?

STILL LATENCY ISSUES AFTER ALL ATTEMPTS

You will never achieve a latency of 0.

Are you experiencing an actual issue or are you just chasing zeros?

    im getting verry high latency

    Define "very high" latency.

What are you getting, what do you expect to be getting, and why do you have that expectation?

the most effective solution would be to access your router settings and blacklist the shorts website.

Does it have a unique URL that would allow blocking Shorts but not the rest of YouTube?

Edit: the reason that Pi-hole can’t block ads from YouTube and Instagram, for example, is because the ads and the content share the same domain. Afaik at least. So, if it’s the same with Shorts on YouTube, then you won’t be able to block them.

  4. If you want to hide Shorts on the browser, you can add these filters to uBlock Origin.

    From LetsBlockIt.

If you want to hide it on mobile, then you'll need to do so through an app other than the official YouTube app.

I saw that as well, but without pricing from a manufacturer, I didn't take it to be factual.

After some digging, the earliest mention of that price range, that I've found, was from an article published back in 2005. Even then, it was from a quote.

    https://www.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/133073/air-force-testing-new-transparent-armor/

My guess is that every article/site since then has just been repeating this price range.

I think the product that was talked about in the article above is from a company called Surmet.

I'm just curious as to how expensive it is. $1000/sq inch?

I've seen a few sites claim that it costs around $10 - $15 per square inch, but I don't know where they got the numbers from.
