    I guess it's gona be perfect for your use case, but the resolution is left to be concerned, it's not bad but it's like my 2012 laptop

    I'm not ignoring used card, I'm just looking for the best performing card. I'm just not so keen to used cars nowadays because of mining and difficulties to find block for liquidcooling.
    Anyway both of you suggest a 980ti, so basically that or the equivalent 1070 should be my choices. I'll look for a good deal on those then.

    1. yes, it could be handy in tiny cases but in a large case the core temperature of the GPU will be higher than those multi fan Graphics Card

    yes, but those are all either mini or blower cards.
    the cheapest non blower is 470$.
     
    I would go for a Vega actually, as freesync monitors are cheaper.

    Another effort to save money is to get windows for like $20 from SCDkey or something like that
    I know it's one gen older but while waiting for B450 a Ryzen 5 1600 can still game and stream casually (it's like that sweetspot)

    it has been used intensively, mining causes the graphics card to work harder than if they are forced to run games while using them as CUDA acceleration
