I wonder if the Kabylake-S is actually the good thing, because the motherboards are not expensive

now that i see the X299 craziness everywhere i feel that they are getting worse because the motherboards are just for enthusiast that is ok spending money on everything that they look at is good.

I mean, see at MSI X299 Raider. It Does have a shocking 128GB Maximum Memory, but it only supports 3 way SLI! That is actually perfect for three GTX 970. But again look at the price as it is the cheapest board in X299 kingdom, $229 US...

and last thing, does intel already have an iGPU to start? Well they are imitating ryzen for not having an iGPU.

Yes Kabylake S is what i mean the normal kabylake like 7700K, because when i see the warning in PC Part Picker it says Kabylake S when i put 7700K

The Skylake-S/Kaby Lake-S CPU's have a iGPU,the Skylake-X/Kaby Lake-X CPU's don't have a iGPU,Intel is being bullshit for imitating Ryzen for not having On board graphics, does their 8 Core Extreme editon have a iGPU? No right? Thats the freakin' thing about Intel when their low end stuff does have something that a high end competitive AMD cpu which is worth it,but with no iGPU... But does Intel high end stuff (to compete properly) do? No right

Anyway who is gonna pair a $200/300 with its onboard graphics (Its already paired for the Kaby lake-S series CPU's,xD)

Yah, X299 seems a little rushed and not well thought out. As if the Intel lineup wasn't already complicated enough! Though I suppose it'll be good for people willing to blow a crap ton of money on the best of the best, instead of just getting the awesome Ryzen 7 1700 or i7 7700K. I suppose if benchmarks are your life, then it's a good investment. Will it really make a difference in gaming performance though?

Yeah guys, intel is imitating ryzen. While AMD was the "student" of intel until Athlon XP
