I think it's mostly due to the higher taxes in denmark, id guess the msrp wouldnt be higher than 40-50usd. regarding the pads, (teflon pads), replacement upgrades can be had for as little as 2-5usd. and they do work wonders! im gonna try it when its in stock locally, if its good ill buy it on sale

Agreed! i wore down the back/forward buttons on mine, the only real reason i bought another mouse. ill be getting it aswell when the price drops atm it is around 75usd/67euro/59GBP here in denmark
