  1. I noticed the Titanium one out there but haven't seen one in person. Not sure how strong the Silver is vs. White. With everything else being white in the build not sure if the silver will clash. That being said I love the styling of the Titanium boards, just think I need to see one with white components in the same build.
  2. With White LED fans and a LED strip placed in the right spot white shines through pretty well. Still muted, but it creates a cool effect. A buddy of mine put white LEDs in his (didn't go as far as i plan) and it looks pretty good.
  3. Working on building a white and black build inside a Fractal Meshify C this holiday season and am trying to decide between two motherboards. Any advice about reliability and or quirks about the below boards or any other suggestions let me know! I already have all of my components in my current build, just changing up the case and theme so I want a mobo to match. (Not to mention 2 of my dimm slots are busted in my current board) I have a i7 6700k so Z170 and Z270 are my options. I will most likely need to get a used/referb/open box unit since these are not being sold en mass anymore but I have found plenty of options for both online. 4. Edit, changed title syntax (read as if i meant large budget, not large size budget price) Looking for anyone who may know of a decent 1440p monitor for around $300 USD. I would prefer an IPS display and 27'' or larger. Use case would be primarily gaming with media consumption taking up the other 30% of its use. The Micro Center down the street from me has a 32'' Philips for $299 but I want to see what my other options may be before I pull the trigger. Can't find many reviews on this panel so it makes me nervous. http://www.microcenter.com/product/478906/326M6FJSB_32_IPS_QHD_IPS_FreeSync_LED_Monitor,_2560x1440_Res,_VGA,(2)_HDMI,_DisplayPort
  5. This is correct, but only on the pcie slots, not next to the slot in the mesh area. Plus the CM one would keep the card farther back from the glass for more airflow.
  6. I saw the mountain mod one, but I would prefer not to cut up the case. Not much room in the Corsair 460X
  7. Anyone know of a mounting bracket similar to the cooler master one? The one one their site appears to be out of stock, but it is exactly what I need. https://store.coolermaster.com/vertical-display-graphics-card-holder
  8. I would agree with Princess. I had a few different RX 470s and 480s and the sapphire Nitro+ variants were always my favorite. They are usually priced on the higher end, but if you are looking for a card for the next 2-3 years I would lean toward the Nitro+.
  9. already have all the pieces I need. Just need to choose a graphics solution bc throwing a block on my 470 doesnt seem like the best idea
  10. Coming from a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 470 and building a custom loop.
  11. Found someone selling a 980ti classified with a ek block attached. Should I pull the trigger on this at $315 or should I wait until people start selling their 1070s with blocks in the next few months for similar prices?
  12. Picked it up about an hour ago. Got the core over 2050mhz no problem. So far so good but will monitor temperatures. I was almost sold on a EVGA 1080 Classified that was hiding in the back of the open box section. $449.60 Would have been a great deal, but didn't see the need for the 1080. If this doesn't work out there is always another option! Thanks for the help all.
  13. There is a 1070 FTW DT on sale locally as an open box at 315.96 after a $20 rebate. I know the DT can be worse than all other 1070s (poor silicon rumors), but at that price is the card still a great value? Not sure how I could pass up the price. Would this be a good upgrade for my system at that price?
