That's obviously not fixed yet, so the only way to make it work is to refill it yourself which is too much effort.

    OK, fix done.

First, had to slipstream to previous w10 iso with the latest amd drivres from x399 amd. Seem my first try was bad.

I succeed installing and running for a few times, until i had so many memory management error i had to run deep to understant the 0x message.
It was a 1 bit corruption. Very weird. So after several hours, i decided to switch my corsair LPX to a Gskill memory. Suddenly, system stable and running.
Run a x86 mem on the LPX,. Find several bad blocks. Long time i had a bad stick, shit happens.  RMA...

Honestly, after all this, there is one point i dont like in AMD based system: the drivers distro; It's a EXE distro. The Intel based are 99% inf distro. This is really a difference when troubleshoot is needed !

the best psu in catalogue is a 750W.  so let's take this value as ref.

you need to know the max Watt consumption of ALL hardware connected to your UPS: TWC

and apply a factor of 1.6 to know the ups full capacity.

     in your case (2*750)*1.6 =  2400 = TWC

    Your PSU should sustaine a 2400VA , not a 1500.

OC a system could fry it in less than 5 mns. Having bought your hardware 5 day ago is NOT a proof it did not failed.

So say ram is not an issue, and also Dram light did not show up... for me this is conflicting. If ram is not an issue, it should be light up, no ???

My first step, would be to search for cmos clear jumper and do a full bios reset. ( bouton, jumper, check the mobo docs )

And again, OC might have killed yor hardware.

    - independant internal rails
    - and at least 850 w

stratege1401 got a reaction from PhysicalVocalist in Air Cooler to AIO
just remember something about AIO. The temp cycle is different from an air cooled system.

Idle temps when system start will be lower than air cooled system: normal.
Normal temps will "seems" to be lower than air cooled system: normal too. But only for a time. The temps will take up to 30 mns to stabilize.
Then, after the system goes back to idle, the temps level will NOT decrease immediately. It will take time to go back to the initial idle temp.

    Why this ??  PHYSICS !!!

The specific heat capacity is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of a unit of mass of a given substance by one degree. I wont give to much calculus here, but most of the air cooled system are made in copper, and of course, AIO system are filled with some kind of alcohol-water mix. To make it short,
Copper is able to absorb 0.4 Joules of heat energy,  when water is around 4.2 joules.
This means the temp cycle for cooper is fast !!! And slow for the water ...

At full charge, assuming the pump works correctly the amount of heat exchange will be almost the same as air cooled system. The temp delta is not so important. In order to have a real difference, radiator needs to be large !!! The more, the better !!! That's why actually, you see 280 radiator replacing 240 radiator in high ends AIO systems.
