Labor laws to age are only for people over 40. I know this because I have a business degree. They can not hire you due to being to young, thats not illegal. Also, its up to the candidate to prove age discrimination, instead of the employer proving they did not discriminate. Which makes it harder.

Also in the case of the op, Comcast would not be refusing based on a protected class. They would be refusing because the OP did use service they did not pay for. So legally Comcast could tell them they would not provide service to them or to that address any more and they would be within their legal rights to do so. This has happen in the past, Comcast has black listed addresses for non payment.

Most reviewers could only do 4.5 or 4.6. If your under water and pushing voltage close to the border of safe you might be able to get higher but 4.5ghz is what most people I see been getting. Also don't be like jayz2cent and degrade it by trying for to high of a clock and pushing to much voltage

I am in the market for a new GPU for a while now. I wanted Vega to be awesome and i don't care if it is a red or green card.
Sadly AMD f***** up and NVidia does not have a reason to build new cards.
 
The nerd in me does not want to spend money on 2 year old cards,... hope to see something new, end of the year maybe.
 
So yeah AMD: Stop crying, stop claiming on how superior you are, just do it. Less words, more products pls.

This isn't so bad, saves me the time of reading a product name past the first 2-3 words to find what I'm looking for. Especially seeing as AMD tried screwing with Intel's chipset naming and making that mess all confusing. 
 
Seems like newegg already had a filter option for stuff like that... Chipset manufacturer... but for other sites like Amazon this will save me time.

I think it's done for..having parts in the back of the gpu blow most likely the gpu has been damaged serverily if you ever heard of buildzoid you could try talking with him about it he has a lot of experience with pcbsand modding them.

Looks like many have giving you ideas could get a 980 or 980ti used or something as well but if you are set in a 10xx card that is brand new you are going be stuck waiting in stock

It could be a problem with the game or maybe just drivers but I've had the problem before as well. Also if an oc is on the edge of stable dropping it 10mhz or so maybe might give you a better avg fps/score. Because the card isn't getting power limited as much if you have the thermal head room. GN has talked about that durning there titan v power shunt mods

Well it is a tad slower then a 1060 3gb and will mostly stop having driver support sooner but with how deep pricing is lately that is your best bet unless you wanna go used in what case you should be able to get a 980 or 980ti for around that price

Because their current product lineup is mediocre at best. When the most advertised features of a $2000+ laptop and a $1000+ phone has to do with emojis, you have to wonder what the hell is going on in Cupertino.

H110M, I was just pointing out a generic issue of today where overclocking Intel processors is not "free gains" you pay for these gains, OP paid for it and if he isn't overclocking now that's a big waste, so if he already Paid for it how is it Free?

well its going be here in a day or two and should be done by Friday ill test then then a week or so later as mx-4 would drop temps by 20c on cpu maybe a few on both gpu and cpu under 100% load but it needs a bigger heat-sink/fin stack to get much cooler then it can with stock paste for cpu and gpu. but a few days after the mx-4 temps on cpu were up to 80c like stock so hopefully it will stick around the 60c mark with CLU but who knows ill temp test with both cpu and gpu under 100% load to see if the CLU makes a difrance there but dont think it will as the cooling setup cant dispate more heat then it currently is able to.

Ermmm..looking at their FM2+ chipsets and AM3+ chipsets (if you squint really hard, specifically their FM2+ chipsets), you can see how X399 and X370 fits with their previous chipset naming scheme  
 
Someone sounds a little butthurt...you bought two 7990 and you're complaining about the power draw? There are literally 4 fucking 7970s in your god damn system, what did you expect? For them to sip power? Its like you're expecting 4 1080tis to only sip as much power as 2 1050s...frankly it sounds like someone didn't do their research before hand. Also if they were running at 110 degrees, why did you not do anything about it? If you actually did research, you would have found that a single 7990 already runs pretty hot (as after all, its 2 'flagship' GPUs being cooled by a single GPU cooler) so putting two next to each other without the adequate airflow (and ambient temps and spacing of the PCIe slots and space around the case) is just asking for trouble.

Does ryzen have Kabylake IPC overall? No, everybody knew that since it was announced. 
Does Ryzen at least have an IPC close to Kabylake? Yes, infact it can match (if not surpass) it in certain programs and in the worst case scenario, its around haswell which is perfectly fine. 
Please enlighten me how Ryzen is barely a catchup to intel, I really would like to hear your thoughts as the objective facts clearly show that Ryzen really is a worthy competitor of Intel current CPUs. 

ok. so. im still not 100% sure what you actiually did but im assumeing you pluged one of those small MOLEX connectors with 4 pins into a fanheader. that would most likely take down your board but i would say the CPU is probably fine but not guaranteed fine

Tbh dosnt really seem click bait the most click bait out of all of them is the smallest sli set up, but still ltt dosnt seem to be click baity compared to what other people have posted for examples ltt normally has a title and picture about the product they are doing something with. And the red rocket card dose cost $7000 and he did say what it did just fyi.

Yeah but shouldbe able to get high fps then that if the gpu usage is so low unless it's being held back by the cpu or something.
