No, the reason why this happened is because people already thought less of Nvidia (because for some reason everyone seem to love AMD).
People seem to deliberately look for and view things Nvidia does in a negative light. I am not sure if people does it consciously, but it is very clear to me that people assume Nvidia has bad intentions by default, and assume AMD has good intentions by default.
 
 
 
 
Anyway, so the summary of the NDA is that it's just standard stuff and does in no way limit reviewers to only writing positive things.
This is the reason why I didn't comment in the original thread. Because I am not a lawyer and interpreting legal documents is something most people can't do.

This obsession with game devs making games multiplayer focused is annoying, and I sincerely hope it ends.
 
Many people play halo for the campaign, and I think there's enough interest in both segments to keep making both.

It seems like linus and many other people think "common sense" is enough to keep you protected...which is 100% incorrect.
 
Literally any program that is on your computer could install malware or viruses through the automatic updates distributed from the host servers.
This can happen in the background, completely silently, and you would never realize it unless you go and manually read the hundreds of thousands of system and program files, if you even knew what to look for.
 
 
 
Remember when one of the most popular screenshot programs got it's update servers hacked and automatically installed an infected 'update' on hundreds of thousands of computers?
 
Remember when a linux download server got hacked and tens of thousands of people downloaded an OS with malware?
 
An antivirus is literally the only way to catch these types of things.
"Common sense" can't keep you safe when a program or download you trust becomes malicious.

50 states, 50 individual tax laws. Its not like the UK where you have VAT. None of these taxes are Federal. Its hard for Michigan for instance to insist Newegg collects tax, when Newegg does not have any offices in Michigan. Then you got some states like South Dakota who have no sales tax, and states like Tennessee which offer a tax free weekend or week every year. Not easy for them to collect tax. In many states like Michigan unless they operate with in the states borders they dont collect sales tax, its up to the citizens of the state to claim the tax in their Income tax each year.

I wanna say yeah, but only if they're not loot box (random based). Having random elements just show the dev wants you to gamble your money away.

he Said he was going to make another billion dollar franchise and That Lawbreakers will be it.  ( This was way before launch and just more a marketing himself i feel for the company he works for to believe in him/ the investors) Though he was way over cocky and Obviously he sold almost nothing. Wonder if they even hit a million in sales. 
 
Edit I was exaggerating but  Steam chart shows 85k sales  25.5 million dollars  Not that the dev gets all that. steam and ect take cuts.

Legally, you only have to charge sales tax in states where you have (trying to find the right word) warehouses or property. Amazon has warehouses all over the US while Newegg only has a few clusters of warehouses.

Strange thing to be bothered by considering the vast amount of things named after dead people(every other street, building, monument, etc).
 
Is it because they're GPU's or does the event just bother you in general?
