Hello guys,I'm having some trouble figuring out a problem that i encountered.I'm trying to utilize my DL380 G6 server(that i got really cheap some time ago) as a NAS with Plex, storage container for all my photos and vids from my phone and laptop, VM for Android, music server, but also as a secondary PC for gaming when friends come over to lan party.Due to the last part, i needed to fit a dedicated GPU inside. This is a Nvidia GTX 560ti. The problem with this gpu is that it has 2x 6PIN power connectors and i can't find the best solution to this problem.I don't know if i could power the gpu with 2 cables that convert 2 SATA ports to one 6 PIN from my 8 aray of HDDs or should i get and external PSU with 6 pin cable that i should power simultaneously. Problem is that the SERVER part of this build would be powered 24/7, as for the gaming part would be powered only when i have friends over so i kinda don't want to have the external PSU running all the time.Server part would be running Linux enabling QEMU and KVM to power Windows machine with pci passthrough for GPU.HELP PLEASE!note: i do not want to invest more money than possibly a PSU in this setup.Thank you!!
