In short, is it worth it to spend ~$200 for an i7 7700k over an i5 7600k for gaming at 1440p 144hz + 1080p 60hz

My future build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sVMB7h Video that confused me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1fIgEGog4E In the video it says that above $1200 you should go with an i7 7700k and watercooling. Obviously if you've looked at my build you've seen that it is an i5 7600K build with the price being above $1200 but below the $1500 that the build in the video is. It also says that since you're getting such an expensive chip with overclocking potential, you should watercool it. With my current build which has prices for individual components similar to the prices for the components, if not exactly the same as in the video, and yet for $100 more the build in the video has easily $200 more of parts (i7 and water cooling). What is the general consensus on this information/dilemma?\ Thank you for helping me.
