A young Programmer and his Project Manager board a train headed through the mountains on its way to Wichita. They can find no place to sit except for two seats right across the aisle from a young woman and her grandmother. After a while, it is obvious that the young woman and the young programmer are interested in each other, because they are giving each other looks. Soon the train passes into a tunnel and it is pitch black. There is a sound of a kiss followed by the sound of a slap.
When the train emerges from the tunnel, the four sit there without saying a word.
 
The grandmother is thinking to herself,
“It was very brash for that young man to kiss my granddaughter, but I’m glad she slapped him.”
 
The Project manager is sitting there thinking,
“I didn’t know the young tech was brave enough to kiss the girl, but I sure wish she hadn’t missed him when she slapped me!”
 
The young woman was sitting and thinking,
“I’m glad the guy kissed me, but I wish my grandmother had not slapped him!”
 
The young programmer sat there with a satisfied smile on his face. He thought to himself,
“Life is good. How often does a guy have the chance to kiss a beautiful girl and slap his Project manager all at the same time!”

Hmmm HTC One owner and I tried doing what you said and wasn't able to re-produce the result. So maybe it is a hardware issue?
 
you might want to check if you can have the phone fixed/replaced.

Doing some research and from experience I do this also:
 
1) Don't dress or act like you've got money
 
2) Don't carry laptop gear in laptop bags (sounds crazy but it helps to camouflage your gear )
 
3)Don't look helpless/ learn to carry yourself well and be aware of your souroundings
 
4)Install prey

Hey guys most of you know I am a computer recycler and just to get more people to show there "basic towers" im here to amp it up to show them not to be afraid to work with what you have. I have alot of recycled fans in my build and very old cathodes that I cannot get over that they still work but I am not complaining. So cmon You guys with your basic Builds Show it off don't be afraid all it takes is a little work :D My specs seem to most to be not a poor mans but all I did was save all my pennies over a long period of time im am very proud of my build.

My side panel which is running a 80mm Manhatten fan (I truely love this fan) and yes in the video card vent I have blu tacked A single Hard drive cooler to cool my video cards ram.

Given the difference in price 840 looks like the clear choice to me unless you think you will be writing a ton of data to the drive

If you cannot wait  go 7770, it was recommended by Linus on the live stream as well.
 
but if you can wait I would recommend waiting and save a bit more to a card you can really get some milleage on(1-2 year till next upgrade) =p
