i turned off something in the bios after that the docking keyboard and the usb ports didn't work in neither in the bios nor in the windows the touch screen work in windows only

hi i bought an i-life zedbook windows 10 tablet the thing is that i wanted to install linux on it and i turn off something in the bios now the docking keyboard and the usb ports are not working on the tablet in windows and in the bios the touch screen is not working in the bios only what should i do?
