Zetsuban reacted to Mira Yurizaki in Why does UTF-8 does not use value between 128 to 159.
Values 128-159 are continuation values. They tell the UTF-8 parser the next byte or bytes mean another thing. So if you had value sequence 128 65 (or 0x8041), it doesn't mean •A, it means another character entirely.
