    Didn't read the thread, but: 1) militaries work in their own closed ecosystem. 2) Those machines aren't going to be connected to Internet and only few of them are even connected to the militarys network 3) The OS militaries use are vastly different compared to the ones made for civilian use

    It doesn't spread trough email. It uses different Internet protocols, mainly protocols that are used by companies like SAMBA.

    Price range? I would suggest Oneplus 3/3t which is around 400$ if I remember correctly, there is LTT video out and I've been using happily mine for over 9 months.
